HubSpot only moves a lifecycle stage forward by default, but a CSV import can push it backward if the file contains the Lifecycle Stage column. Two fixes:
- 1.Remove the Lifecycle Stage column from the file before importing, so existing values are left untouched.
- 2.Or enable "Don't overwrite existing values" in the import settings to protect the stages already set.

Common Questions
Yes. Your conversations are saved to your account so you can pick up where you left off, access your full chat history from the sidebar, search past conversations, and organize them into folders. We keep a copy in your private account for your convenience. Our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then automatically delete it. You can delete any conversation at any time.
No. Harry uses Anthropic's Claude for responses and OpenAI's Embeddings API for semantic search. Both providers' commercial API terms explicitly prohibit using customer data for model training.
Anthropic (responses) maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and is HIPAA-ready. OpenAI (search embeddings) has completed SOC 2 Type II and supports GDPR and CCPA compliance. Both providers retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only, then automatically delete it. Neither provider uses API data for model training.
Yes! You can upload images (JPEG, PNG, WebP), documents (PDF, Word), spreadsheets (Excel, CSV), and text files (TXT, Markdown, HTML, JSON, XML, YAML). Just click the paperclip icon in the chat input. Harry can read and analyze the contents of your files to help answer your questions.
Account info (name and email via Clerk), your saved conversations, and basic usage data like message counts for billing. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. That's it. No tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, no ad networks. We're currently in the process of obtaining SOC 2 Type II certification to formally validate our security practices.
Yes. You can delete individual conversations from your chat history, or contact us to have your entire account and all associated data removed. We honor deletion requests promptly and don't keep shadow copies.
We'd recommend against entering passwords, credit card numbers, or highly confidential business data into any AI chat tool, including Harry. While your conversations are encrypted and protected, it's a good general practice to keep that kind of information out of chat interfaces.
