Not every message costs a credit. Simple lookups, definitions, and quick factual questions use a lightweight AI model and are completely free. Only in-depth help, how-to guides, troubleshooting, custom code, and complex tasks use a more powerful model and cost one credit. If you cancel a message before it finishes, no credit is used.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to continue chatting. Your conversation history and saved messages are always preserved.
Do you offer refunds?
